Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama has been in the Carvalho Dias family since 1890. Gabriel de Carvalho Dias was responsible for the property management, until 2016, when Bourbon Coffees took over the administration of the farm.
The company is currently in charge of everything and using it as Bourbon’s processing center and also field of research and development regarding variety, picking, processing, drying with 100% focus on quality.
